BIANYS is developing a multi-part legislative policy agenda, has established close working relations with the State’s seed-stage venture firms and angel investor community, and intends to find ways to highlight the importance of professionally managed business incubation as a way of de-risking private investment in the next wave of growth companies in New York State.
